Delivery Across Australia

All prices quoted on this web site are ex our storage facility in Fitzgeralds Valley, NSW, 2795.

You may organize collection yourself, of course - just email us to arrange a time. Also, as re-sellers in major centres begin to stock our urns, their details will be added to this web site and you will be able to purchase directly from them.

Alternatively, we can arrange door-to-door delivery throughout Australia, at your request and at your cost.

As you will no doubt appreciate, our products are not small, standardized items which can be distributed the length and breadth of Australia at a fixed cost.

We have therefore spent some time discussing the logistics with Hills Transport and together we have reached an agreement which enables us to offer very competitive delivery costs to the vast majority of addresses throughout the land.

What is the Cost of Delivering my Order?

We have now implemented software which will allows you to enter your address details and instantly see how much delivery by Hills Transport will cost you.

This software is incorporated in the "Order" page of the site - just select the item(s) you would like, enter the other details and the delivery cost can then be seen as a separate item.

What if I live close to Fitzgeralds Valley (2795)?

If you live close to or in the Bathurst/Orange area where our warehousing facilities are, local delivery rates will apply. Again, please email us for information.

What if I'm Ordering Multiple Items?

For orders involving more than one urn different arrangements could possibly be made at your request. For example, a standard pallet holding several pots would often be considerably cheaper to deliver than the same items sent individually.

Please email us with details of your order along with your address and we will do what we can to save you money!

Whatever the case, The Grecian Urn only passes on the actual charges made by the carriers and with them we jointly undertake to ensure the speediest dispatch and delivery possible.

What if I Live in a Very Remote Area?

Along with Hills Transport, we have made every effort to organise deliveries to the vast majority of Australians. However, we are aware that there still remain extremely remote districts which we either cannot deliver to, or where it would be prohibitively expensive to do so.

In this case, and if you cannot somehow arrange direct pick-up from us in Fitzgeralds Valley, the best method might be to have your pot(s) delivered to the nearest Hills Transport agency depot and to collect them from there when you are able.
